Authentic Chocolate

Yzury has selected one of the Authentic Chocolate maker from France. The factory exists since 1882 and manages the whole manufacturing process from the beans selection to the conchage (the conchage is themlast essential phase which gives to the chocolate all its delicacy and unctuousness)
Only beans of noble origins are selected from the best countries of the world: Equator, Trinidad, Venezuela...
Yzury guarantees an authentic chocolate of a rare purity, pure cocoa butter, without addition of vegetable fats, neither conservatives nor colouring agents.
