Attritor Mills is used to mix/grind material to a fine powder form to highly homogenous free flowing mixture from dry powder.
The mixture formed this way provides excellent characteristics on pelletizing. The micro-homogeneity, the fine particle size and the free flow characteristics are one of the Industry's best. The material to be ground is put along with grinding medium of Hard Chrome Balls and stirring action is given by rotating a shaft to which Baffles are attached. Variable speed control enables regulations of process speeds at various stages to achieve the best results.
Necessary control displays are also provided. After grinding, the material can be taken out from the vessel by opening valve at the bottom of the vessel. Standard version of the machines is available in the following capacities in Liters 2, 4, 5,10, 20, 25 & 40 Liters.
