AT6832 is a capacitance leakage current testing instrument controlled by a high-performance microprocessor. Equipped with pre charging power supply and independent testing power supply, with six range testing, the leakage current measurement range can reach0.1nA-20 mA and the maximum display digit is 9999. The testing speed can reach 55 times/second, and ultra high speed testing provides the best solution for automated production.

The instrument has sorting function and sorting sound settings. It can also be equipped with a Handler interface for automatic sorting systems to complete fully automatic pipeline testing and can be equipped for remote control and data collection and analysis.

The remote control instructions of the computer are compatible with SCPI (Standard Command for Programmable Instrument), which efficiently completes process control and data collection functions. The unique dual power supply design is particularly suitable for automated testing of capacitors.
