Following are the Main Features of Ammann Buffer Rubber :-
1.Rubber material: in possession of tear-resistant and anti-aging properties, our buffer rubber can withstand strong tensile strength and high frequency vibration, with the hardness deliberately designed according to the requirements of different applications.
2.Steel plate: the surface is electroplated to be rust-proof, whilst the other side undergoes sand-blasting process to increase the adhesiveness to the rubber before putting together for vulcanization.
3.Adhesiveness: by deploying three layers of different type of glues onto the plates, the bonding between rubber and steel plates is substantially enhanced.
4.Product range: currently there are 15 types of buffer rubber in over 100 specifications, with more new and/or modified items coming up continuously.
5.Customization: To satisfy our customersa every need, RP provides customizing service with reasonable conditions.

PC Series:
Specially developed for vibratory pile hammers, RP buffer rubbers are available in various types and able to undertake centrifugal force from 200 to 2200 kN. All rubber hardness can be designated between 52 +/-3 to 65 +/- 3 with respect to machine weight, capacity and application.
