Aluminium End Cap - Anodized Aluminum, T-shape, Variable Thickness | Durable, Weatherproof, Lightweight, Easy Install, Strong

We are offering our customers a wide range of Aluminium End Cap, which are available following Specifications :-
1. Apply the foil tape to the end. Before sealing the ends, use an air hose or vacuum to clean the flutes and peel the plastic film away from the ends by about 50mm.
2. The UV-protected side of the sheet is covered with printed film and must face towards the sky.
3. Secure the H Bar to the purlin or rafter with a screw at no greater than 1200mm apart.
4. Place the C gasket along the whole length of both sides of the sheet. Push one side of the sheet into the fixed H Bar.
5. Place the next H Bar on the other side and secure it to the support structure. Continue until all sheets are in position.
6. Place the end gasket along the end of the twinwall polycarbonate sheets only, stopping at the H Bars.
7. Fasten the Aluminium End Cap with a screw through the H Bar and twin wall polycarbonate sheets.
8. Remove all film immediately after completing the installation. Then cover again to protect the sheeta s surface until the completion of the construction.
