Heavy-duty Alkaline Paint Remover - Formulated For Ferrous Surfaces, Effectively Removes Oil And Grease

Metal cleaning is the starting point of any finishing system. It is the first and the most important step in any metal finishing process.

PRODUCT:

It is heavy-duty alkaline paint striping specially formulated to effectively clean ferrous surface only. It removes light oil and Grease. They are not adopting for non-ferrous surface because of heavy-duty alkaline nature.

DEMONSTRATION

Painted component immersed in EVERSTRIP-LPV 14 bath and allow standing 15-20minutes. Note how the paint bubbles up on the surface. The lifted paint can easily be removed with a high pressure, hose, putty knife or rug.


FOLLOWING POINTS TO BE KEPT TO DISCARD THE TANK SOLUTION.

Sometimes, the points (strength) level will be satisfactory but paint striping will be below par. With each load, a certain amount of paint is removed from the work pieces and retained. When this paint content reaches approximately 5% discard the bath solution, no matter what the point age is.

HANDLING PRECAUTIONS

EVERSTRIPa LPV14 is alkaline in nature and clothing should be protected if there is any possibility of continuous or frequent splashing with the solution. Wash off any splashes on the skin at once with cold water. If the solution gets in the eyes, wash out with liberal quantities of water and obtain immediate medical attention.
