Ita s especially suitable for straw pulp with high content on the anionic trash, mechanical pulp & water paper pulp. It has strong capacity on anti-anionic trash. In the meantime, AKD emulsion, which is made by E104, has higher stability & higher sizing efficiency.

AKD Emulsion for pulp internal sizing & surface sizing for corrugated paper
1)Dissolve 4Kg Zirconium chloride into 50Kg Deionized water.
2)Dissolve 6Kg NNO into 50Kg Deionized water.
3)Absorb 180Kg Deionized water into Dispersion kettle warmed to 85a . Absorb the above 54Kg Zirconium chloride solution and 56Kg NNO solution. Open the motor of disperser. Adjust the speed to 100rpm and keep more than 5 min.
4)Absorb 100Kg AKD Emulsifier E104 (Stir and dilute 50Kg E104 with 50Kg warmed Deionized water). Control the temperature at 64-66a .
