Airflow Kitchen Ventilation System

We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying of airflow kitchen ventilation system in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The systems are configured based on the guidelines laid by the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists, apart from well known HVAC industry bodies such as the Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-conditioning engineers and International Mechanical code. A typical installtion combines an exhaust air and fresh air system. The exhaust air system comprises one or more hoods, drawing in the fume laden air above the cooking range through a set of grease filters, connecting branch and header ducts, and a blower or AHU, normally located outside as near as possible for optimum suction effect. The hood collars fitted with dampers are connected to the main and branch ducts by suitable risers. The exhaust air can also be cleaned before discharge through a wet or dry scrubber. A wet scrubber passes the air through a shell enclosure having an inbuilt water spray arrangement.
