It is as per following 3 stages

Prefiltration :

The dust particles, strong oil and wetness in liquid droplets and aerosol from is per-filtered by set of pre-fine filter combination, The dense air with only vaporized from of dampness is allowed to penetrate the desiccant bed tower.

Drying :

The soaked up dense air is dried out in desiccant bed tower.

Postfiltration :

The dry packed in air is re-filtered in post filter for exclusion of remaining fine particles if any.

Operation :

The complete ADU operates in following three modes.

Drying Mode :

The damp soaked dense air impending from set of pre filters is led through one of the inlet regulator (activated by electronic timer) to the desiccant bed tower. The extremely hygroscopic desiccant bed with adequate air occupant time due to appropriate velocity effects in soaking up the wetness or humid vapour and dries the air to required level of dew point.

Regeneration Mode :

The little amount of dried air at approximately atmospheric pressure is led through purge line to the soaked up desiccant bed tower. The engrossed dampness in desiccant bed at former drying form is desorbed in purged dehydrated air and renewal takes place.

Pressurisation Mode :

To keep away from the force variations at outlet of dryer, the renewal form tower is put in for pressurisation sooner than it switches to drying mode. The whole operation is electronic timer guarded and mechanical at a variety of forms shown above for proper series and timing. The whole cycle time is 12 minutes or 8 minutes as per the timer selection for necessary dew point.
