1 Raw materials pre-treatment system
(1)Crusher: the fly-ash aerated blocks materials ,like quicklime,aluminum paste must be crushed and then can be put onto the production line.
(2)Ball mill:the raw materials of the aerated blocks has to experience this procedure so that it can have a better reaction.Ball mill has dry grinding and wet grinding as two avalible options.
2 Raw materials measuring system- usually adopt microcomputer fully automatic measurement system.
3 Mixing and pouring equipment-mainly consists of mixing and pouring machines. It has two functions- mixing and pouring.
4 Cutting-embryo takes shape after the aerated concrete is poured and gas.The volume of the embryo is big and has to be cut into small pieces as requirement.
5 Autoclaves-autoclaves are for the silicate products to experience hydration reaction and obtain physics properties.The autoclave takes a great position in production safety and energy utilization during the whole aerated concrete producing process.
6 Steam boiler-steam boiler is mainly used for feeding steam and temperature to the autoclaves and pre-curing kiln.
7 Auxiliary equipment
(1) Mould, bottom mould,mould car These equipment forms the pouring moulds, mainly used for the forming process of aerated concrete.
