Advanced Vertical Cut Sheet Dough Laminating Machine

These Vertical Cut Sheet Dough Laminating Machine is used for making multiple layers of dough laminations for use in the production of laminated products such as Crackers, Hard sweet biscuits. The laminating process gives the products a light, crisp texture, which cannot be achieved in any other way. This cut and lay machine provides laminated dough sheet for making quality products.

Design:
We manufacture these dough laminators in horizontal type with cut-sheet lamination of dough sheet & vertical type for continuous laminated dough sheet, compact in design for space saving and low height type for easy feeding.

Capacity: Suitable according to width and length of the ovens, ranging from 800m to 2000mm wide.

Salient features:
All contact parts and side covers made in stainless and with VFD, HMI display controlled by PLC, automatic feeding system is also provided (Optional), precise Servo controlled carriage movement for accurate layering of dough sheets.
