* Riboflavin is a central component of the cofactors FAD and FMN and is therefore required by all favoproteins and is required for a wide variety of cellular processes.
* Pyridoxie is a co factor in many reaction of amino acid metabolism including transamination
deamination, decarboxylation, glycolysis , and gluconeogenesis.
* Nicotinamide forms the components of many important co-enzymes like NAD and NADP which are essential for a variety of oxidation reduction reactions.
* D- panthenol is helpful for the production of co-enzyme A and thus the bio-synthesis of many important fatty acids, cholesterol and of acetylcholine.
