The unit consists of Drive 0.5HP/1440RPM/3PH/415V/50CS/AC Motor coupled to worm reducer with variable pitch pulley arrangement and multi-pin clutch. Drive mechanism housed in M.S fabricated body with necessary opening for inspection and maintenance.

One set of sealing roller Max 80 mm sealing width with back gears and pin ring. Horizontal scissors action cutter is provided to cut the strip horizontally. Cutting gear assembly to obtain desired cut lengths of strips. Two numbers cartridge heaters 500W/230V, and temperature is controlled by thermostat/ thermocell. Set of draw brushes to draw strips from the sealing rollers. Two numbers foil (material) holding brackets with running tubes for unwinding and web tensioner and foil alignment arrangement.
One set of S.S Hopper, Bowl, Chute channel release pin for vibratory feeding arrangement.
Vibrator is mounted on top plate of the unit with sliding base to control flow of tablets from hopper, bowl and chute channel release pin.
