11-05 Solid Maple Raised Panels

We offer our customers a wide range of 11-05 Solid Maple Raised Panels, which are available following Specifications :-
Frame Construction: 3/4"*1 1/2" double dowel, glued pressure fitted construction
Side Construction: 0.6" Medium Density Fiberboard laminated to complement faceframe (frameless 3/4")
Door Construction: 3/4" solid wood construction, full overlay doorstyle
Drawer Construction: Box: 0.6" laminated MDF with CamLock & Dowel construction. 1/4" laminated MDF bottom. 21" deep drawer box.
Drawer Hardware: side mount metal full extension, full access
Door Hinges: 6-way adjustable, 125 degree opening angle
Box Construction: Camlock construction, hot glued and stapled with side panels inlet into faceframe, solid wood corner blocks glued and screwed into place
Tops, Bottoms, Floors: 0.6" MDF laminated to complement faceframe (frameless 3/4")
Base and Wall Shelves: 0.6" Medium Density Fiberboard, edgebanded and laminated to complement faceframe. Full depth shelf
Finish Properties: Solid wood parts sprayed and baked
Door Style: Slab, Shaker, Raised Panel
Wood Species: Cherry, Oak and Maple etc solid wood.
