The Atat�rk Cultural Center, commonly called the AKM, is a concert hall, theatre and cultural centre running along the eastern side of Taksim Square in Beyolu, Istanbul. In 2021, it reopened to the public as a state-of-the-art cultural complex after a 13-year reconstruction period.

International Citrus Congress 2022 is scheduled to be held from 06- 11 Nov 2022 at Ataturk Cultural Center Mersin, Turkey. The Congress that will be realized with attendance of all stakeholders concerning the whole citrus industry attracts attention with all activities including a number of workshops, plenary, oral presentation and poster sessions which cover policies, comments, approaches under the theme "Reframing Citriculture: Better Connections for Future". So citrus will be reframed for better connection in future. The Congress is being organized by the Mediterranean Exporters' Association (MEA), Cukurova University (CU) and National Citrus Council (NCC). These three institutions will cooperate with universities, research institutes, associations, companies, growers, exporters and sponsors.
