PLATHINIUM 2023 (Plasma Thin film International Union Meeting) is a biennial meeting covering low-temperature plasma physics, plasma processing and plasma applications that emerged successfully in 2019 from combining the former conferences CIP, ITFPC and MIATEC.

EVC-16 European Vacuum Conference 2021 will take place in Marseille, France from 21- 26 Nov 2021. EVC is organized by the French Vacuum Society (SFV) and Aix Marseille University (AMU), with the endorsement of ITER, located nearby Marseille.
