About Exhibition

Bake Expo 2026 is going to be held from 09- 11 Oct 2026 at Adlux International Convention & Exhibition Centre, Kochi, India. It is one of the dedicated B2B trade exhibitions for the bakery, confectionery, food technology, ingredients, packaging and HoReCa industries - organised by Bakers Association Kerala (BAKE), the founding body behind the Indian Bakers Federation.

Since 2005, BAKE has transformed Kerala's bakery sector into one of India's most organised, innovative, and recognized ecosystems - with 12,000+ active member businesses.

It started with 102 exhibitors and 12,000 visitors in 2017 has grown to 700 exhibitors and 21,000+ verified trade visitors in 2025 â and BAKE EXPO 2026 is set to be the largest and most impactful edition yet.
