When the managers are knowledgeable about safety, regularly talk about safety with their teams and engage in matters related to safety to build consensus, they increase the likelihood that safety will indeed bring a greater value to the business. Occupational health and safety risk management only works when it becomes a habit. The safety professionals and other managers must work together to own and drive the safety such that it becomes a habit. The conference aims to share the good practices being followed and success stories of the organisations where safety became a habit of everyone in their organisation and proved a game changer. SheCon 2023 will be held on 16th - 17th March 2023 at Panjim, Goa.
