Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University is ranked 76th in NIRF ranking (2021) and Re-Accredited with âAâ Grade by NAAC (CGPA 3.22, 2019). The Department of Computer Science and Information Technology is the most vibrant and active department on the campus of university and received prestigious grants from University Grants Commission (UGC) under SAP DRS Phase, Department of Science and Technology (DST) FIST programs. The department actively contributing in the areas of Image Processing, Pattern Recognition, Artificial Intelligence, Human Computer Interactions, Biomedical Image Processing, Geo-Spatial Technology and Hyper Spectral Image Processing. In order to foster the research in the areas and provide platform for the budding researchers, the department has announced conference first biennial international conference on of Advances in Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence Technologies (ACVAIT 2022). This international conference is dedicated to remarkable contributuion of Professor K V Kale in area of Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence Technology.
