About Exhibition

The14th ICBF 2022 was due to be held in 2020 but, due to Covid-19, it was postponed. The 14th ICBF in Montpellier will be a great opportunity for our international community to gather over four days, to share information about our most recent research developments. The 14th ICBF 2022 is organised by the Physiology Section of the American Fisheries Society, in collaboration with a Local Organising Committee of fish physiologists from the Centre of Marine Biodiversity Exploitation and Conservation (MARBEC).

After a plenary session with talks by leading international experts, the 14th ICBF 2022 has a full programme of five to six concurrent thematic sessions over the four days, organised by renowned researchers.  These are on a broad range of topics that reflect current research in fish conservation physiology, environmental physiology, evolutionary physiology, use of fishes in biomedical research, etc.

The thematic sessions will comprise oral and poster presentations, selected by the session organisers from the submitted abstracts. A special emphasis is placed upon contributions by early career researchers. Please consult this website for information about submitting abstracts for the 14th ICBF, including if you already submitted one for the 2020 meeting that was postponed.

ICBF 2022will take place from June 28th - July 1st 2022 at the Corum Conference centre in Montpellier, France.
