Q. How parboiled rice can be cooked in a pressure cooker?
Answer
Wash the rice properly before putting that in the cooker. Add double the amount of rice in the pressure cooker. Close the lid and wait for a full whistle. Once the whistle blows turn off the fire and leave the cooker closed. Do not remove the steam from the cooker.
