Plastic carpet is not sold per length but is charged based on area. So there can be no answer to the price of plastic carpets according to length unless there exists an international standard. In terms of area plastic carpets can be sold based on either square feet or square meters. Normally in India it is sold according to per square meter. A PVC plastic carpet will set you back by about 50 rupees per square meter. However those plastic carpets sold for rugs or lounge applications are priced item-wise and can cost you anywhere above 2000 rupees onwards.
