Q. How is flexo ink made?

Basic ingredients for water-based flexo ink are colourant (pigments/dyes) resin (bonding agent) solvent (a diluent to reduce ink’s viscosity) photoinitiator (UV stability & curing agent) surfactant (wetting agent) amine ( to turn into liquid state) and other additives; these main ingredients are also used in solvent-based flexo ink.
