Q. How does a micro scan metal detector works?

Conveyor feeds the product one by one which passes through a tunnel equipped with a transmitter coil and two receiver coils which creates a constant electromagnetic field. When a metal is detected it generates new and reversed magnetic field that interferes with the detector’s original magnetic sphere that produces an audible alarm. It automatically rejects the contaminated product too.
