Before introducing the onions in the machine it is necessary to remove the upper and lower parts as well as the dry leaves around the onion in order to avoid clogging of the discharge. The maximum load of onions shall be 2/3 of the machine’s operating load. After 2-3 working cycles remove the disc as described in the maintenance paragraph and check that the discharge pipe is not clogged.
