Cone incense is more potent but burns out faster than conventional incense sticks. Because the ash stays in the incense cone it may be less of a hassle to use. However its dense composition could make it take longer to catch fire. Cone incense is lit by placing the incense on a cone holder which rests on a plate or on top of the ash. Cone incense is more potent than other forms of incense thus it may be better to burn it in a large room than a small one. Stick incense on the other hand can be purchased in a range of different sizes and a wider range of scents.
