Key Features

This Zinc Oxide Floatation Reagent relates to differ long-branch chain mix polyamine which made from the reaction of several anionic surfactants and organic extracting agents. Ita s white cream, active components reaching 65% to 75%, PH from 6 to 7, soluble in water.
This series of products are used in floatation to oxidized ore such as antimony oxidei zinc lode, smith sonite. Willemite, Potash mine and so on. It has obveious collecting and good selectivity, and also has good effect for the reverse flotation to ironoxideore such as limonite, hematite and son on.
Usage: Floatation 80 to 200g per ton of raw ore. The first step is making the solution of 2% of this product. Generally zinc oxide powder should be controlled 80% sieving value for 200 mesh, The PH of ore pulp is controlled in 11.5 to 12. It will be high grade and high recovery concentrate if the solution adds in one LF1 type of product.
Note: It doesna t matter for slightly volatility and uneven color. Because the effects will be different with the different mineral, the gangue and embedded distribution. Please make the appropriate dosage and PH value according to the situation by making more experiments.
