Soft Cooperation Offer

1) Buyer issue L O I or I C P O for requested orders.

2) Seller gives F C O for Buyer to agree and sign.

3) Seller issues SPA with valid Test Certificates (SGS) for Buyer to agree and sign.

4) Seller issue Proforma Invoices to the Buyer.

5) Buyer issue Non Transferable DLC to the Seller.

6) For Trial Shipment buyer issue DLC at loading Port against all documents including BL

(BL will be released normally 3 to 4 days after goods been shipped out)

For subsequent shipments buyer issue DLC at Destination Port against all documents.

7) 5 -7 working days after receiving the DLC from the Buyer,Seller issues 2% PB to Buyers

Bank for every Shipment.

8) With in 30 days after receiving DLC seller will ship out the requested order shipments
