Material: aluminum or zinc alloy
Knife: sharp blade with small serrated edge will help you to cut bottle foil very fast leaving smooth foil edge, all knifes will be polished in the barrel for more than 7 days in order to get brilliant surface
Boot lever: popular double hinged boot lever will help you to open cork stopper very easily and fast. Again, boot lever will have more than 7 days barreling in order to get brilliant surface.
Worm: PTFE and S/S worm for your option, the end of worm will be 100% in the same direction which will help you a lot when you screw worm into the cork stopper. The worm will be not deformed even several years using which benefits from strict heat treatment.
Spring: all of our springs uses BaoSteel spring steel with 100% heat treatment in order to get good springiness
Assembly process: in order to get perfect finished corkscrew, stable process is necessary, for corkscrew, riveting is extremely important, we use imported riveter in order to control the riveting torque and height strictly.
