Working principle
ZG vibrating feeder is mainly used to feed materials into crushers continuously and evenly and can be also used to screen fine materials.
It is composed of feeding body, vibration exciter, spring support, gearing and so on. This series vibrating feeder adopts linear vibrating feeding with overall- base structure. Alternative vibration motor and common motor equipped with double-Shafter vibration exciter is available in vibration sources. By adjusting the relative angle of eccentric block, the vibratory force can be changed and the volume of feeding can be easily controlled. It features steady vibration, stable operation, flexible adjustment, convenient installation.
