Yfml Series Laminating Machine

Our range of YFML Series Laminating Machine is a thermal film laminator which is designed and manufactured according to the market needs. This YFML Series Laminating Machine can finish both lamination and separation processes at a time. And it is also equipped with anti-curve device to prevent curvature of filmed paper sheets. The machine adopts pre-glued film for the lamination of packing bags, books, maps and drawings etc. The laminated products will be water-proof, durable, of clear picture and spatial effect.

2. Manual paper feeder
3. Paper regulating plate is adjustable upon paper size.
4. Heating method: Electrical tube heater makes temperature rise quickly, and the temperature is adjustable upon laminating requests.
5. Pressuring method: Automatic hydraulic system provides big pressure, and the pressure is adjustable upon laminating requests.
6. Anti-curvature device: The laminated paper goes through anti-curvature device and wona t curl after cutting.
7. Film cutter: If width of film roll is longer than papera s width or length, then film cutter can cut the redundant film.
8. Perforating wheel perforates holes on film edge for automatic cutting to laminated paper.
9. Paper receiving table: Cut paper is sent to paper receiving table. Height of the table is adjustable.
10. The machine adopts one-piece structure design which makes the machine running stable and lengthens the machinea s lifetime.
