Key Features
1.The foaming agent is used for low foamed rigid PVC wide board and profile extrusion.
2.HF640 is endotherm-exotherm equilibrious foaming agent.Foaming is more controllable and stable,and the crust hardness can reach the Shore hardness D55-65,the bubbles are fine and uniform,for thick wall products,they will not occur phenomenon that middle color changes,it can produce pure white foamed products.
3.The best foaming effect temperature is at 150-180A C.
4.Mechanical properties: foamed products can form independent bubble chamber like honeycomb three-dimensional structure so that it can obtain good mechanical strength.
