Material :: The material used in manufacturing of WORM DRIVE CLAMPS are mild carbon steel as per specification derived by I.S.I. The material used in the manufacturing of Klip-wel brand clamps are procured from well reputed manufacturers with quality assurance test certificates.
Manufacture ::
Screw : Shall be held captive in the clamp Housing.
Band : Band shall have a thread form commencing at the free end and extending for a length sufficient to enable the clamp to be tightened on to the smallest diameter of component within the working range for which it is designated.
Housing : The housing shall not be readily removable from the band.
Finish : The various parts of the clamp are given a smooth polished finish and are free from rough and sharp throbbing edges. Clamp produced are protected with electroplating coating of zinc as per Fezn 12 of IS: 1573/1970
