Wood Pellet Mill - High-density Granular Fuel Pelletizing Machine | Efficient Centrifugal Design, Vertical Ring Die, Low Emission And Energy Saving

We are exporting of Wood Pellet Mill to our clients. Efficient Centrifugal Pellet Mill also known as Vertical Ring Die Pellet Mill or Biomass Pelletizing Machine, it can use agriculture and forestry castoff such as saw dust, straw, rice husk, bark, etc. as raw material, Through pretreatment and processing, solidified them into high-density granular fuel, which is the ideal fuel to replace kerosene, which can save energy and reduce emission. It has a good economic benefit and social benefit, which is an efficient, clean and renewable energy sources.
Advantages:
1. Vertical feed, not easy to be blocked;
2. die vertical static installation; double on dual-use, fall this synergism;
3. a pressing wheel to rotate at high speed, the centrifugal force generated, so that the material is uniformly distributed;
4.Two sets of lubrication system, ensure the equipment running parts full lubrication;
5. cooling and dedusting, the temperature effect to achieve the granulating chamber, reduce the components high temperature grease overflow or carbon agglomerate, damage of the lubricating system operation
The main difference between the wood pellet machine performance and similar products
1.The mold upward vertical feed directly in place, conducive
