EWP - F: Fully Steel Encapsulated Panel:
Panel are manufactured from pressed formed corrosion resistant, galvanized steel with overlap of one-piece top, sides and bottom flange, encapsulating high performance chip/ particle board. These access floor panels are fully rated to the all-general purpose requirements. The design incorporates a unique wrap-around construction, which provides total encapsulation of board core. The design also improves panel edge strength and accessibility.
EWP - P: Partially Steel Encapsulated Panel:
These floor panels are based on a 600mm square module construction around a high chip / particle board which is bottom laminated with galvanized sheet steel/ foil. The appropriate surface covering is then laminated to the top surface before being trimmed to fit flush with a polymer edge band that provides protection to the chip/ particle board core and surface covering. Electrical continuity is provided through the panel construction to the steel base and hence to the pedestals.
