Wire/strip Forming Machine

This Wire/Strip Forming Machine is for the fully automatic production of any type of wire/strip forms. The machine is provided with a press unit for pressing requirements and a forming unit for forming requirements. Forming unit is provided with multI mounting positions of forming slides due to which forming slides can be placed in almost any angle to attain any forming angle of complex forming jobs. The complete form produced from the machine is ejected with the help of ejector actuated by ejecting cam. The speed of the production can be adjusted with the help of a regulator. The jog function is provided for easy setting of tools during initial setup. The mechanical grip feeder mechanism with hard stopper limits gives a very accurate feeding of wire/strip. A human machine interface is provided to monitor the running machine and switch between run mode and setting mode.
