Wire-controlled Chassis Training Vehicle

I. Product Function
1. The wire-controlled chassis practical training platform is mainly composed of three major systems, i.e. the power system, brake system and steering system, which is in line with the standard of L6e light tram regulation, and completes the wire-control simulation of wire-control steering, wire-control braking, and wire-control driving system through the visualization software. Trainees can input fixed commands to control the work of the relevant systems as a way to learn the principle of the wire-controlled chassis system.
Practical training program:
1. Read and control the working status of the three major systems through the OBD special diagnostic interface.
2. Detect the control logic of the wire control system.
3. Initialize and calibrate the steering system through the special calibration software.
4. Read the steering information and command writing through CAN interface, read the gear system and command writing.
5. Wire control chassis program writing and fault analysis
6. Analyze and collect system chassis system voltage and waveform through IOT control system.
