C2107 is an item of wine tank temperature controller which can control cooling and heating. It can control pump according to time. It has alarms against upper and lower temperature limit. It can also display temperature and status. Besides, it has RS485 communication.It is widely used for temperature measurement and control in the fields wine fermentation, dairy processing, etc.
