Welding Wires (Er307si)

In order to deliver the various demands of our valued patrons, we are involved in manufacturing, exporting, distributing and supplying of Welding Wires (ER307Si). The ER307Si welding stick consists mainly of 18Cr8Ni6Mn. It belongs to stainless steel MIG and TIG welding wires and can be used to all-position welding. Du to high content of Mn, it has low sensitivity to crack and its suitable fir welding non-magnetic or high manganese steel and sclerosing corrosion resistance steel. Because of the Addition of Si, the molten iron flows well as to shape up more beautifully and to feed wire more smoothly, with stable voltaic arc and little splatter. The deposited metal has steady mechanical property.

Use: It is usually used in special situations of non-magnetic, like nuclear submarine or armor plate. It can also be used to weld heterogeneous steel which is difficult to weld and easy to crack.
