Wedge Type Service Clamp

We are exporting & manufacturing service clamp to our customers from Yuyao, Zhejiang, China at reasonable rates to our valuable customers. Service clamps were developed to anchor service cables of aerial bundled conductors, in low-voltage insulated overhead lines.
These LV ABC accessories are applicable for following LV-ABC cables:
a c LV-ABC lines with insulated neutral messenger
a c LV-ABC lines with bare neutral messenger
a c Self-supporting LV-ABC lines of 4 or 2 insulated aluminum conductors
Application:
The wedge type service clamps are self-adjusting. During tool free installation pull the strain clamp upstream to the pole, to tensile the aerial bundled cable. Measure needed distance and start to lose the tension of cable, let the clampa s wedges anchor the cable inside by degrees.

Description:
Anchoring clamp STC is self-adjusting, designed to anchor insulated service lines with 2 or 4 conductors of airdac cable, in LV insulated overhead systems
The clamp consists of galvanized hanger, fiberglass reinforced plastic body and self-adjusting plastic wedges which clamp the conductors without damaging its insulation. The galvanized hanger allows installations of clamps on a bracket or hooks. LV ABC tension clamps and LV ABC brackets are available either separately or together as assembly.
