Wave Killer Curvable Grating

The Emaux bendable breakwater grating is the result of in-depth studies conducted for the purpose of resolving problems related to traditional bendable gratings.

Bend-ability in accordance with Regulation: Gratings which may be adapted to any curvature on the edge of the pool do not respect international regulations (UNI-EN and FINA) which impose a maximum distance o 8 mm between two ribs. The EMAUX grating, on the contrary, due to its special comb-like configuration, conforms to these regulations even where used with a minimum bending radius (approximately 50 cm).

Breakwater Effect: The ribs of traditional gratings, perpendicular to the edge of the pool, encourage the passage of waves over the grating as there is no obstruction to contrast the movement. The EMAUX grating's particular comb-like structure, on the contrary, neutralizes the speed of the wave by means of special projecting transversal segments.
