Where to Use
USED AFTER MIXING WITH POLAND CEMENT
l Waterproof terraces, balconies, concrete roofs and cement toppings.
l Waterproofing before laying ceramic tiles and natural stone.
l Basements, swimming pools, ponds, tanks, bunds, lift shafts
l Suitable for use on concrete, brickwork, blocks, render.

Properties
l Prevents surface water penetration when applied correctly.
l Can be over coated by exterior emulsion coating or cement based products.
l Excellent flexibility, Good waterproofing, alkaline and weather resistance.

Surface Preparation
l All surfaces must be structurally sound and free from dirt, dust, laitance, grease, paint, wax, oil and any other loose contaminants.
l Prior to application, remove all sharp protrusions, which may pierce the membrane.
l Any gaps/voids in the substrate must be treated, such that the gap/void is fully supported and firmly filled out.

Mixing
l The mixing ratio is 20kg of K11 Waterproofing mix with approximately 16Kg of Poland Cement (1:0.8).
l K11 Waterproofing is poured into a clean vessel, and Poland Cement is added, then mixed with a mechanical mixer (350 rpm) until no lump is left and become a K9 cement admixture.
