Purification Process in Model RO+ UV+ TDS controller:

Raw Water Compatibility: Any water as of Corporation Supply /Well/ Bore well / River/ Lake

Stage 1 ( Pre-filtration):- In this process un dissolved sand or sediments are filtered by pre Poly Propylene filter. It increases the life of internal filters which are relatively costlier.

Stage 2 (Sediment Filtration): In this process , all sediments and dirt particles up to 5 Microns are removed.

Stage 3 ( Carbon filtration) : In this process , all organic matters, bad odour , chlorine(as Bleaching Powder ) up to 5 Microns are removed.

Stage 4 (Reverse Osmosis filtration) : In this process water is thrown with high pressure via Pump at 120 psi at R O membrane with pore size 0.0001 micron through which only pure water can pass and salts which cause hardness in water are thrown away by rejection.

Stage 5 ( UV filtration and TDS controller) : In this process RO water and filtered raw water via TDS controller are mixed to maintain necessary minerals in water and water is stored in storage.
