Large Orifice Chamber : The Nozzle has been designed in a such a fashion that its chamber does not allow foreign material to abstruct the jet of water through orifice. It give uniform atomized spray distribution and because of ideal design of chamber body it also reduces the maintenance.

Discharge & Pressure : Discharge capacity of Nozzle 2000 is 5.62 Ltr/ sec(75 Gpm/20.40 m3/Hr) at the pressure range of 2.5KG/CM2 but it can stand up to 6 KG/CM2 without any deformation in their dimension.

Long Life : The nozzle body is costed out of engineering plastic (IPHOTHILlEN).Which is long lasting because of its special manufacturing process under a pressure temperature. The Nozzle 2000 is unaffected by corrosion. There is no necessity of any type of MS or SS tips since manufacturing process is conducted under very high pressure.

Light In Weight : APE'S NOZZLES 2000 are light in weight and as such suitable for HDPE/FRP/PVC/MS/GI/SS pipelines. So it is a universal nozzle. Because of the use of special type adhesive & manufacturing admixture even though it is light in weigh it is strong and durable.
