1. Opening machine to loosen all kinds of fibre in bundles then transfer them to next procedure via blower fan.
2.Feeding machine
Photoelectric constant-weight control and vibrating plate make the feeding quantity even and accurate.
3.Carding machine random roll carding machine
This carding machine is suitable for production of fibres such as cotton, pillow inner etc. We produce single doffer carding machine and double doffer carding machine.
4.Spread net machine/cross lapper
To fold and pave the mesh after carding evenly into certain width and thickness then transfer it to next procedure
5.Oven - Oven is used to dry the fibre in hard way, so it is easy to wrap in roll
