Features:
1. The material of the piston is LT-P chilled cast iron, the surface is chilled cast iron of vanadium and titanium alloy hard and wearable. It is burnished and polishing by manpower. The hard surface depth can reach to 0.5-0.7mm.
The cylinder material is QT500-7 ductile cast iron and the inside surface is high pressure and nitroger treatment, the surface is burnished and polishing by manpower too. The hard surface depth can reach to 0.7-0.9mm.
The set of hydraulic cylinder contain pistin, cylinder , gland ring and the flange. The flange press the gland in order to prevent spillage oil. The material of the gland rig(XY) is oil resistance rubber.The hydraulic system are fond and maching by ourself.
