Vitacan

an
anti-fungal with clotrimazole for broad spectrum of antimycotic
activity

Clotrimazole is a
broad-spectrum antimycotic agent with antimicrobial action and
activities. It is primarily used locally in the treatment of skin
infections and vaginal infections due to yeasts and dermatophytes. In
addition it has activity against certain gram positive bacteria and
Trichomonas spp.

Clotrimazole acts
against dividing and growing organisms thus decreases spreading of
infection

Indication

Topical analgesics
are indicated for the temporary relief of minor aches and pains of
muscles and joints due to muscle strains, sprains and bruises or
overexertion, as an adjunct in the management of minor stiffness or
soreness associated with arthritis, rheumatism, lumbago, fibrositis,
sciatica and stiffneck

Dosage

Pain heat Gel is
applied locally 3-4 times daily to the skin and rubbed in gently. The
hands should be washed after application of the gel unless the hands
are the treated ares, in which case they should be washed 30 minutes
after application. Depending on the size of the painful area to be
treated 2-4 g of pain heat gel can be used
