The Vibro-Sorter is a versatile sorting machine suitable to install in any sorting room of a Tea Factory It replaces the conventional type sorting machine as it has various advantages over the standard sorting machine.

The Vibro-Sorter consists of screens of different meshes mounted on deck conveniently placed together one above another. The whole assembly is mounted on several springs fixed on heavy IVIS Circular base which allows the whole body to vibrate easily, when the motor runs.

The specially designed motor is mounted into the housing at the circular base. The motor shaft is loaded eccentrically on both ends with different weights and at different angles. The gyratory motion of the motor causes the upper decks to vibrate freely without transmitting the vibration to the ground.

The efficiency of screening the particles is governed by changing the position of both the eccentric weights "attached to the motor- shaft. It is available from one Deck to Seven Decks, tailored to suit individual garden's need-. The meshes are also inter-changeable. The Vibro-Sorter is in use in different industry all over India and abroad for separating solid, solid/liquid, liquid and powder.
