The components to be deburred/finished, are loaded into the bowl, along with specific proportion of media, water & finishing compound. Then, optimum vibration are set, these vibrations make components and media along with compound roll over each other and interact rigorously, resulting in deburring, finishing, descaling, discoloring, burnishing, smoothing & brightening of components. We carry out the free trail of samples to be deburred/finished at our pilot plant.
