Vibration Sensor - Mems & Microcontroller-based Intelligent Signal Processing | Real-time 3d Vibration Detection, Alarm Triggering, Video Recording Integration

Vibration Sensor collects 3 dimensional orientation of the vibration signal in real-time, (Acquisition once every millisecond) and analysis to compare with the vibration amplitude that is set. Once exceeded, it would be associated with the output switching signal to trigger other devices linkage.

Vibration Sensor is a MEMS sensor and microcontroller-based intelligent signal processing system. Its system designation is basesd on the principle that the cutting of concrete, steel or synthetic materials such as metal shell will cause changes in the structure of vibration. These changes in vibration sensor can be converted into electrical signals, while the vibration sensor analyse the signal with the digital processing module, and compare it with the general frequency range of detection equipment. If it exceeds the normal range, vibration sensor will alarm through relay contacts.

It can be used in ATM system, if the ATM machine is pounded or blasted by someone on purpose, vibration sensor would trigger the system to record video as well as trigger local audible and visual alarm.
